Jean PatriciaHOAREIt is with great sadness after such enduring fortitude, we announce that Jean passed away peacefully at Ty Llandaff Nursing Home, aged 96 years.
Beloved Mum to Lynne & son-in-law Peter, devoted Nan to Scott, Cerys, Martin & Simon, Great Grandmother to Gracie & Tilly, much loved Aunty to Michael, Annette & Paul, & Cousin to Shirley, Linda, Tricia & Terry and all their families, all of whom she cherished so dear.
Her memory will always live in our hearts as she is now reunited with husband Dai.
A service to celebrate Jean's life will be held on Tuesday 7th October 2025 at 12 o'clock at the Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East, Barry. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, in memory of Jean can be made to The British Heart Foundation, a charity close to the family's heart.
