Passed away peacefully in Ferguson Lodge Care Home on 29th December 2025 aged 94 years.
Doug, beloved Husband of the late Gladys, loving Dad of Barbara and Mark, Grandad of Billy and Beth, dearly loved by Paul, Danielle, Dean, Emily, Harry, Lucy, Joe and Xander, a much-loved Brother to the late Ann, Harry, Joe and George and a dear friend to many, especially Jimmy.
Would family and friends please meet for service at West Road Crematorium on Friday 16th January 2026 at 09:30am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to St Vincent's Newcastle via a collection at the Crematorium.
