DavidHOLLANDHOLLAND The family of the late David Holland would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, letters and flowers received during their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to the family doctor and all staff at Crosshouse Hospital for care and attention, district nurses, night nurses and carers for invaluable assistance.
