Thomas EdwardHOLLINSTED Margaret, Philip, John, Elaine and families wish to thank all relatives, friends and colleagues for their support and kindness in their sad loss. A special thank you to Dr Max Winson, doctor and friend and the staff of Ward 13 at Leighton Hospital for their kindness and encouragement during Ted's 2 month stay there. Also to friends, relatives and the large congregation that attended the funeral who supported the family with letters, cards and phone calls. Thank you also to John Tomlinson, Church Wardens and the clergy at Burleydam Church for the excellent arrangements for the funeral and to A W Burrows for their efficient and caring service
