Hall and staff at Queens Park Medical Centre, Dr. N. Storey and the Radiotherapy Unit at James Cook University Hospital, also the Chemotherapy Department and Emergency Assessment Unit at North Tees University Hospital for their care and attention during our visits to hospital, also to Mr. David Gray of Crake and Mallon Funeral Service and the Rev. Denis Mitchinson for organising and officiating at the service at Teesside Crematorium, for their care and consideration at this sad time.
