Pat (Patricia Mary)HOLT88, passed away after a long period of illness on the 8th March 2022 at Sycamores Care Home, Leamington Spa. Formerly of 21 Wentworth Drive, Nuneaton. Pat was a dearly loved Wife of Ray, Mum to Steven, David and Vicki. Nana to Sarah, Lyndsey, Zoe and Amy. Great Grandmother to Abigail, Vincent, Theodore and Elodie. She will be sadly missed by all her friends and Family. Funeral service to be held at Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium, Charter Avenue, Coventry CV4 7DF on Monday 4th April at 3.15pm.
