JohnHOLTJohn Holt, of Hardman Drive, Cowpe, passed away at home on December 30, aged 84 years. From the age of 15 to 62 years, John worked as a HGV mechanic, starting at J.E. Transport and prior to retirement he worked at Leach’s Transport. John was a photographer who collected cameras and stamps. John leaves behind his wife of 49 years Hazel, brother David, sister-in-law Carol, niece Janet and nephews Keith and John. His funeral will take place on Friday, January 20 at Burnley Crematorium at 10.45am, conducted by Rev David Burrow. Family flowers only, donations to the RNLI.
