MariaHOLTON(Rya) The family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the cards and floral tributes received and the donations to Teesside Hospice. We would also like to thank the doctors at Martonside Surgery and the doctors and staff of Wards 15 and 9 at James Cook University Hospital. Special thanks to all the carers from Homecare and the staff of Carelink.
