Funeral service to be held on Thursday, 24th July, 11.00am at St John's Methodist Church, St Austell followed by a private interment at Campdowns Cemetery, Charlestown.
Family flowers only requested, but donations if desired, for Dementia UK may be placed in the donation box at the service.
