Tracey JaneHOPEGained her angel wings on the 14th November 2023, aged 55 years surrounded by her devoted family and friends.

Tracey will be sadly missed by her devoted husband John, children Connor, Abbie, James and Abby. Tracey is reunited with her nan and dad and sadly missed by her mum, Paul, Sarah, Carl, Bethany and John's mum and also by all her loving family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at St John's Church, Rice Lane on Tuesday 28th November at 11.20am, followed by cremation at Anfield Crematorium.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Marie Curie.
