Funeral 21st December 2010, 9.30am St Lukes Church, Cannock, burial at Stile Cop Rugeley, afterwards at V.I.P. lounge, Bar Sport. Family flowers only, donations to Co-op Funeral Services, Cannock for Hawksyard Priory Nursing Home, Armitage
