MiriamHORNSBYANN Passed away peacefully on 28th March 2019 aged 74 years. Loving Wife of the late Leslie. Dearest Mum of Alan, Neil, Dianne and In Law Sue. Funeral Service shall take place on Monday 15th April at Chanterlands Crematorium (Small Chapel) at 2.pm. All flowers welcome. Donations can be left at the service for Parkinson's Disease.
