Norman DavidHOWELLIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norman David Howell on 10th October 2025 at
The Queen's Hospital, Burton-on-Trent, after a short illness.

We invite all who knew and loved Norman to join us for a celebration of a life truly lived.
Norman touched so many hearts, and we want to gather together to share memories, laughter,
and stories that honour the wonderful person he was.
He touched so many lives.

Celebration of Life
Monday, 1st December 2025 at 11:00 am
The New Street Baptist Church
Derby Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 2LE

Following the service, please join us for a gathering with Norman's wonderful friends,
all of whom had such an impact on his life-at:
Langan's Tea Rooms, George Street, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 1DP

For the last three years Norman was our ‘next-van-neighbour’ on the campsite in Devon. We shall miss his company greatly – the Sainsbury’s doughnuts, the Lidl ice creams, the led light displays, the plants he had bought and wanted to be identified, the bargains from charity shops and boot sales. We only knew Norman for seven or eight years altogether, but our world has changed without him.
