IrisHOWESSurrounded by love until her final moments, Iris, aged 87 years, bravely and peacefully passed away at her West Hallam home on 9th January 2026.

She was a devoted Mother to David, Steven and Kevin, treasured Mother-in-law to Julie, Tina and Samantha, adored Granny to Emma and Rebecca whilst proudly looking forward to becoming a Great-Grandmother in March. Iris was also a very dear friend to many.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday 17th February at 10.30am at United Church of All Saints in Stanley Common, followed by interment at Dale Hill Natural Burial Ground.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu for Treetops Hospice Care and Marie Curie may be left at the service, online or sent to A.W. Lymn
