Diolch ir Parchedig Ddr Dafydd Wyn Wiliam am ein harwain, Mrs Mai Wiliam oedd wrth yr organ. Dymuna'r teulu ddiolch i ddoctoriad Meddygfa Longford Road a staff "Abacare' hefyd. Diolch hefyd am y rhoddion hael er cof Beryl tuag at "Macular Society" - cangen Caergybi. Diolch yn Olaf I deulu Walsh, Yr ymgymerwyr am ei drefniadau trylwyr a gofalus. Gordon, Janet and family of the late Beryl Hughes, late of 42 Garreglwyd Park, Holyhead would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone for all the sympathy and kindness extended to them in their bereavement. Also for the generous donations received in memory of Beryl towards "Macular Society" Holyhead Branch. Special thanks to Rev Dr Dafydd Wyn Wiliam and the organist Mrs Mai Wiliam. The family would also like to thank the doctors and staff of Longford Road Surgery and the staff from Abacare. Finally, grateful thanks to Matthew and Marilyn Walsh the undertakers for their care, respect and dignity shown to all the family at this sad time.
