Diolch i bawb am eu cyfraniadau er cof am Thelma tuag at Y Nyrsus Bro a thim Meddygfa Betws y Coed The family of the late Thelma Hughes, Pant yr Hyddod, Betws y Coed would like to thank everyone for all the signs of sympathy and kindness shown to them in their bereavement of losing Thelma - a beloved mother and grandmother and a special sister. Thanks to the Reverend Gerwyn Roberts for his services on the day of the funeral and to Robin and the Meredith Jones undertakers for their dignified and careful arrangements. Special thanks to all the home carers and district nurses and the Betws y Coed Surgery team for their kind care.
