Diane sadly passed away on Sunday 2nd November 2025, aged 84 years.

Diane was a Choir Singer, Line Dancer, and a Traveller, who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral service to take place on Friday 5th December at Canley Crematorium in the Charter Chapel at 10:00am.

Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to Dementia UK.

Diane wasn't just my friend's mum - during my teenage years and early 20's she was a steady part of my own life.

During the summer I was at their house most days playing computer games, being fed spring onion crisps from M&S, watching MTV and when LA Law came on, listening to Diane recite the cast before their names appeared on the screen (something I tried, but could never manage)!

I'll never forget the day Diane asked us to tear down the old air-raid shelter in her back garden. We had no idea what we were doing, but she just let us get on with it!

Diane made me feel at home. Her kindness will be deeply missed, and never forgotten.
