A special thank you to those who cared for Ken. His Neighbours, Homecare staff, staff at Millfield Care Centre and the doctors and nurses of Ward 19, Fairfield Hospital. The help and support you gave Ken over the years and in the last few weeks have been greatly appreciated. Lastly thank you to the Aircrew Association, Manchester Branch, the Reverend Matthew Carlisle for his kind words of comfort and to Heywood Funeral Services for all their help with funeral arrangements.
