PatIDEPat's family would like to thank all those who helped to make her funeral such a beautiful occasion. Thank you to all those who either came or were there in spirit, for all the posies, for the condolences and kind thoughts, for singing so enthusiastically and for the donations to St. Nicks. We would also like to thank the staff of Adenbrooke's, the District Nurses, Orchard House Surgery and St. Nicholas Hospice for showing Pat such compassion during her illness.
