The family would like to thank everyone who attended Tom's funeral service and for all the kind words of comfort, messages of sympathy and donations received to date. Special thanks to the Doctors of Station Street Surgery, the excellent care and support given by the Mary Ann Evans Hospice and night care nurses, Tara Christopher for a memorable service and to M G Evans & Sons for their kindness and care.
