Dearly beloved Husband to the late Angela. Proud Dad to Katrina Guy and the late Edward John. Loving Grandad to Lyndsey and Shaun and a loving Brother to Angela. Dave will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
A funeral Mass will take place on Thursday 11th January 2024 at Our Lady of Compassion Church, Formby at 10am followed by committal at Southport Crematorium at 12pm.
