Peter was a very loved customer in Love Coffee, who became a friend of many - he would come in most days for a latte (one sweetener, stirred in both directions!) teacake with butter (no jam, as he would always tell us he was jammy enough!) followed by a rhubarb drink (as Peter called it "rhubarb & custard, with an iceberg"... one of our giant ice balls!)

Peter's friends from Love Coffee (Love Stoke Church) enjoyed visiting him every day in the care home - we talked, laughed and sang together - his favourites were Hark the Herald and Good King Wenceslas (he used to make us laugh with some funny words to it!)

We are grateful we were able to spend the last three years in Peter's company. Sending our love to Peter's family and friends ♥️

Fond memories of Peter. Peter loved getting out of the house and visiting us at Love Coffee where he would shower us with little gadgets/trinkets and lots of chocolates to share. Cleaning for him he was overly generous always adding chocolates and extra money to my wage. Miss you Peter.
