DugdaleJAMES (JIM)Peacefully at Blackburn Victoria Hospital on Wednesday 21st July aged 74 years. The husband of Sandra and the late Margaret, dad to Alison and Lyndsay, father-in-law to Chris and Dave, grandad to Francesca, Scarlett, Morgan and Owen and a good friend to many. Jim worked many years for Hyndburn Borough Council before he took early retirement. He had many hobbies, he loved holidays in his motorhome. Visiting Goa each year, reading and doing quizzes.
