Wife of the late Brychan Jeffreys, mother to Anthony and Jackie, Bryan and Susan and Peter. grandmother to Bethan, Aled, Stephen and Simon and great grandmother to Isaac. A life well lived, devoted to her family and as a nurse in the local community. The funeral service will take place at St Cynog's Church, Defynnog on Friday 27th August 2021 at 2.00pm.
