The dearly beloved wife of the late Bernie, loving mother of the late Heath and dear step mother of Stephen, Bryan and Helen, cherished and proud grandma to Alisha, and twins Skylar and Eva, fond sister of the late Don Baker and a much loved aunt to Linda, Andrew, Julie and Amanda, Hazel will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.
