George SmithJOHN(JACK) Aged 58 from Hyde born in Glasgow formerly of Gorton passed away suddenley 17th June 2007 at T.G.H. in the C.C. Unit. Jack will be sadly missed by all his friends and neighbours. The funeral took place at Dukinfield Crematorium on Tuesday 26th June. Thanks to all who attended the service, also Owen Nash who played the bagpipes, and to Graham Smallman for his kind ministrations and a special thank you to all the staff in the C.C. Unit, also to the staff of James Bradley Funeral Directors for their help in arranging the funeral service. Any donations will be sent to the C.C. Unit at T.G.H.
