All the nurses at Hungerford Doctors Practice especially Dr Hudson who gave Eileen the best care and attention. The Macmillan nurses and staff at St.Lukes Hospice. Everyone who gave donations in leiu of flowers to be donated to St.Lukes, and a thank you to my sister Jackie Cooke who helped me and the boys through this sad time.
