JackJOHNSONAudrey and family would like to thank all friends and neighbours for their kindness, their attendance at St. Thomas' Church, New Marske for the lovely service by Reverend Rachel Harrison and for sympathy shown to them during their sad bereavement, also for the numerous cards of condolence and donations contributed to Zoe's Place. Special thanks to doctors and staff of Wards 7 and 14 at James Cook University Hospital for the care and attention they gave to Jack during his illness. Thanks also to the doctors and staff of Marske Medical Centre whom over the years have shown Jack such friendship and care, it meant a great a deal to him.
