PatJOINSONPassed away on the 23rd November 2018. Loving husband to Pauline, father to Michael, Sharon, Peter and Sue. Grandad to Rebecca, Matthew, Zachery, Ben and Luke. Rest in peace, you will always be in our hearts. Forever loved, forever missed. Pat's funeral service will be held at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Thursday 13th December at 12 noon. No black please.
