PhyllisJONES(nee Mellor) Passed away peacefully 18th July 2009, aged 77 years. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place Wednesday 29th July at 12.30 p.m. at St. Augustines Church, Rugeley. Followed by cremation at Stafford. All welcome to join the family afterwards at Mansfield House. By request family flowers only, donations if desired made payable to St. Giles Hospice.
