Mavis and family wish to thank Mark's PA Lesley for her loyalty, professionalism and friendship throughout their working life together. Thanking Beverley and Barbara for their kindness and caring. The Svitzer Tug Boat crews in Liverpool, Immingham and across the country. For all his friends and colleagues from near and far for a wonderful turnout to bid Mark his final farewell. Everton Football Club and the fantastic team at the CO-Operative Funeral Care, 2 St Ambrose Grove, Liverpool for their sincerity and professionalism in sending Mark off with dignity.
