Grateful thanks to all Home Carers, Nurses, Social Services and Staff on Wards 9 and 12 of Prince Charles Hospital. Very special thanks to the Staff of Dare Ward, Aberdare and to Teify Davies Funeral Directors for the care and compassion shown at a very stressful time.
