HildaJONES1915 - 2008 Patricia, Allan and family, would like to thank everyone for their cards of condolence, phone calls and visits following the sudden death of a dear mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. Special thanks to carers from Trusting Hands, especially Sue and Maria for their kindness, care and concern, and the staff of Plas-Y-Coed who helped make the last week of Mam's life so happy. Appreciation to the Ambulance Service and staff at Nevill Hall Hospital. Many thanks to all those who attended the wonderful service at the Church on the Rise and to Rev Teify Ebenezer for the very personal and uplifting service. Special thanks to the ladies of the church and to Eleanor for the catering. Grateful appreciation to Mr Ewart Thomas and staff for the very professional and caring way they handled the arrangements, also thanks to all who gave donations to Help the Aged and Hospice of the Valleys.
