AnnJONESPeacefully passed away on Saturday 20th December at Rhosfawr Farm, Morriston, formerly of Skewen and Gelli Gardenas, Birchgrove.
Beloved wife to the late Dewi, loving mother to Cheryl, Sandra and the late Wendy, much loved nana to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, dearly loved sister to Joan and Gwyn.
Ann will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A private cremation will take place.
