Alan RichardJONESOf Chaddesden Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Elvaston Lodge Care Home on Tuesday 27th January 2026. Aged 85 years.

Beloved husband of the late Doreen, much loved dad to Stephen, Tony and Mark, father-in-law to Joy, Debbie and Lisa and a loving grandad to Colin, Ashley, Catherine, Alex and William, great-grandad to Ellis, Lydia, Caleb, Theo, Harriett and Maeve. Alan will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

The funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Round Chapel) on Monday 23rd March at 11.30am.

Flowers are welcome and may be sent to Central Coop Funeral, 177 Chaddesden Lane, Chaddesden, Derby. DE21 6LJ or donations in loving memory of Alan to support Dementia UK may be made by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk or can be placed in the donation box at the service.
