Gwilym TreforJONESPassed away peacefully in Eryl Fryn Fairways Nursing home. He will be missed greatly, by everyone who knew him. He was a dearly Loved husband of the late Sheila, devoted Father of Michael and Graham, Father in Law to Janet and Karen, much loved Taid to Danial William, Samuel and Emily Great Taid to Josh and Zac.
Gwilym's funeral will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium, Glan y Wern Road, Colwyn Bay on Monday 11th May at 10:15.
