Susan WynJONESof Bangor , passed away on August 28th at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
A loving mother to Simon , mother in law to Emma , caring nainie to Alfie and Emily and a cherished sister to Patsy.
Susan will be hugely missed by all her family and close friends.
A funeral service in Susan's memory will be held at Bangor Crematorium chapel on Tuesday, September 15th at 12 noon.
