Beloved husband of Val, who was by his side. Much-loved son of the late Mora and Ken and dearly missed brother of the late Nick. Chris will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and fondly remembered by Val's family - sister Barbara, brother Tony, nephew Sean, Carley, and their son Arthur.

A celebration of Chris's life will take place at Tynemouth Crematorium on Monday 4th August at 11.15am. At the family's request, please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Black or formal wear is not expected, and colour is warmly welcomed.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Brain Tumour Charity.

Chris was such an incredible person, and he made such an impact in our lives.

He always made it known how much he believed in us, and was so generous with his time, in and out of the Vermont Big Band. Our family held him in such high regard and he will be greatly missed.

Chris was a very likeable and extremely talented person and his untimely death is a huge blow to the local community.
Chris was a wonderful musician and also played various parts for Tynemouth Amateur Operatic Society and Tynemouth Priory Theatre Club.
Chris will be remembered with gratitude and affection Many local people will also be thinking of his wife Val.
