Rebecca CharlotteKAYENicholas, Jane and family wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for the many expressions of sym- pathy, letters, cards and flowers received and for generous donations to The Intensive Care Unit at H.R.I. and to The Meningitis Research Foundation. The care and attention given to Rebecca in the I.C.U. and at Meltham Village Surgery are both acknowledged. The family would also like to thank the staff and students at Greenhead College and Rebecca's dancing school for their compassionate tributes in the presence of so many people at the Service. Thanks also go to Rev. Maureen Read and Rev. Laura Hardy for their kind words during a moving and comforting Service and for their regular visits of encouragement. Also to Gwen Schofield of Radcliffe Funeral Service for her profes- sional services and support to ensure a less stressful time.
