Remembering Terrance from Australia. He will be miss by so many but reunited again in peace with Rayleen and Terance.

Terry was a wonderful person who was loved by everybody. He never failed to have me in stitches with his famous lines, “Did you hear the one about..” before launching into one of the many jokes he never seemed to run out of, and then finishing on “it’s the way I tell em!” Which made me howl with laughter every time.

Terry was my dad’s best friend, and they could talk for hours about politics, world affairs, and of course Celtic. I was lucky enough to travel all over with the two of them to watch the football, along with Isobel, Clare and Rayleen. We even went to Seville and completed the pilgrimage back a few years later — what an adventure that was.

Although Terry wasn’t related by blood, he was my uncle and part of my family. He will be sorely missed.

As Terry once said to my dad…
“See you in Paradise” xx

Such an incredible contribution to your local community and a passion for social justice which Clare has inherited from you. Our wee chat in Paisley is one I will never forget as we discussed all the pictures and memories whilst Bessie was in your arms . Sending my love to Isobel, Clare and Connie your wee loyal dog , your devotion and love for Terence was unwavering and I know the many happy memories will bring you much comfort, as you celebrate his life .
