RitaKENNEDYWith great sadness, we announce the death of our mother, Rita Kennedy, aged 85 years.
Rita died on Tuesday evening the 17th September surrounded by her three daughters and three grandsons.
Rita was a beloved member of St. Joseph's Parish, Birtley. Mam will be fondly remembered for her brazen sense of humour, her kindness, empathy to others and loyalty to her friends and her indomitable spirit. She will be forever missed by her daughters Jayne, Sarah and Catherine, her grandsons Saul, Conn and Shea, her sons-in-law Stephen, Brendan and David.
