The obituary notice of Alice Philomena (Phyllis) KENNY

Mere words can never express the loss of someone we hold with such high esteem, love and respect. Welcomed nearly 29 years ago into Phyllis and Mick's family home through my friendship with Pat and Di. I always looked forward to seeing Phyllis, Mick,Jinnie and their beautiful family. A cup of coffee, a biscuit, a Tunnock's Caramel Wafer, my favourite. Wonderful memories but tinged with huge sadness at the loss of Phyllis. Our wonderful last holiday in Gran Canaria, a moment to treasure along with Pat, Di and Nanny's little helper Kaa. I was honoured and privileged to be able to say goodbye to a wonderful lady, always warm and welcoming to me, with the biggest of open arms. I always felt the embrace of the Kenny family. Rest in Peace my darling, now in the arms of her beloved Mick. We will all miss you forever and a day. Love Always.....Ray x ♥️💋🙏🥲

My beautiful Auntie Phylis, so prominent in my life since i was little. You were a formidable woman, so strong and caring. It is a comfort to know that you are now in the arms of God and your precious husband mikey. Rest in peace now Phylis. I will miss our chats at the table thank you for everything. Love and miss you.
