My gorgeous dad, happy heavenly birthday for yesterday 24th August. It came a bit quick for us but I think you would have approved of our celebration of you at Anfield. I know you watched on with our beautiful mum. Thank you for being my dad, for being my anchor, for always looking after me. I love you so much pops but you already know that ! George was a much loved man , by all who knew him. He will be truly missed. Gone but not forgotten . Goodbye George.

George, my wonderful father-in-law and cherished grandfather to Macy, you will be forever missed. Your warmth, humour, and gentle wisdom brightened every room. I feel so grateful for the memories we shared moments of laughter, family stories, and quiet kindness that will stay with us always.

Though our hearts ache with your passing, there is comfort in knowing you are finally reunited with your beloved Beryl. The love and joy you both brought into our lives will continue to guide and inspire our us all.
