Dave my father-in-law. Thank you for everything you gave me, most importantly your daughter. I promised to take care of her and will continue to do. As you once said “I don’t want to say too much.” I will echo that. Just your name says it all.
“DAVID KING”
Rest in peace.

I’ve truly loved having you as my neighbour opposite, Dave. You were always smiling, busy with jobs around the house — washing the car, gardening — and always looking out for me.

Thank you for the little kindnesses — letting me know if the uninvited ginger cat had visited, or if I’d accidentally left my front door open (again). Those gestures meant so much.

You gave me your old BBQ, and I’ll always smile remembering it being used for my lockdown 40th birthday — us wheeling it across the street, smiling and laughing.

For Jack’s birthday, you would always get him a little gift … it truly showed what a kind and thoughtful person you were.

You were more than just a neighbour — you were a real blessing, and you will be deeply missed.

My Dad, my hero, my world.
Thanks for everything and for just being my dad.
I will miss you so very much.
But now it’s time to rest. Until we meet again.
Gone but never forgotten.
You loving daughter Paula xxxx
