Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 3rd June, 11.00am at St Peter's Church, Treverbyn followed by interment at Treverbyn Cemetery.
Immediate family flowers only requested but donations if desired for Cornwall MIND (mental health charity) may be placed in the donation box at the service.
