Grateful thanks for all their kind thoughts, prayers and messages in cards, letters and floral tributes, which are all truly appreciated. A beautiful service of Thanksgiving was held at St. Andrew's Church, Corbridge officiated by Canon Dr. David Kennedy Vicar of Corbridge, Reverend David Glover, Chaplain to the Queen and Rector of Hexham Abbey and Reverend Andrew Patterson, St. Helen's Church, Whitley Chapel. Sincere appreciation for an impeccable, heartfelt and memorable service for all attending. Our Heartfelt gratitude to our family and friends who attended, and to those who paid their respects to Dorothy in the Grounds of St. Andrew's Church. Thanks also to Dr. S. Parkin, Dr T.W. Schatzberger and all four GP Partners and District Nurses at Corbridge Medical Group, who were all involved in the medical caring of Dorothy. Grateful thanks to Allen Dodd for a compassionate and professional service on Dorothy's final journey. A perfect Thanksgiving Service on 25th November 2020, for a perfect wife, Mam, Grandma and beautiful friend, much loved by many. A kind and wonderful lady, with a huge heart and always a beautiful smile. From all of your family and friends, thank you Dorothy. You'll be forever in our hearts. Amen.
