Dearly loved and cherished by mum Jane, brother Tim, nana Maureen and grandad Keith, daughter of Michael and a much loved granddaughter, niece and cousin. Hannah will be deeply missed by all her family and friends, RIP. Requiem mass at St. Teresa's RC Church, Trent Vale on Friday, January 18th, 2013 at 10am, followed by a private cremation at Carmountside Crematorium.
