StefanKONDRATIUKKONDRATIUK (Stefan) Suddenly but peacefully on July 19th, 2005 at the CGH, Stefan aged 80 years of Bentilee, the dearly loved husband of Lily Kondratiuk, devoted dad of Margaret, Karen, Ivan, Andrew and the late Stephen, a dear father-in-law, a treasured grandad and great grandad, also a dear uncle. Funeral on Friday, July 29th. Service at St. Stephen's Church, Bentilee at 11am, prior to cremation at Carmountside Crematorium.
