TRIBUTE TO YING

We have known Ying for more than 50 years when she first appeared in our lives with Ling as a little boy. She became a great help to us during that time, and our children played together. They became a big part of our family.

We always thought of her courage, making her life in a new country. Although English was not her first language, she made herself understood to neighbours and shopkeepers, who became her friends.

Ying was very generous and always remembered our birthdays and Christmas.

She lived to a great old age, and we feel privileged to have known such a brave lady and loyal friend.
