CatherineLAMB"Kate" After a ten year battle with Alzheimer's, Kate passed away on Tuesday 25th June at Kings Bromley Nursing Home, aged 69. She will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Her funeral service will be held at Lichfield and District Crematorium, Fradley on Thursday 11th July at 12.30pm. Family flowers only preferred. Donations in memory of Kate will be given to the Alzheimer's Society.
